Twin brothers and artists, Sergei & Vyacheslav Savelyev, who go by the collective name “SaveL”, create beautiful portraits of celebrities using a very unique doodling style that resembles scribbles. The multi-coloured ink scribbles add an incredible amount of depth and visual interest – we like them more than the monochromatic ink scribbles, but truly, all of these portraits works are impressive. We are surprised that the artists were able to capture celebrities’ facial expressions without the use of definitive lines or shapes, and these works of art remind us of our childhoods when we used to play with Spirograph to make cool shapes with different colours.
